For without victory there is no survival." Pearl Harbor was an attack that happened December 7, 1941. Pearl Harbor changed history in the United States of America because Pearl Harbor got the United States into World War II, World War II got the US out of the Great Depression, and Japanese were forced out of their homes.

Types of jobs that were in World War II were doctors, miners, and farmers. Some men that were too old to worked as volunteered for firefights, APR (Air Raid Precautions ) workers, or joined the Home Guard. With lack of evinces, all of Japanese forced out of their homes. Congress passed Anti-Japanese Paranoia because they were afraid that the Japanese might be spies and might stay loyal to Japan. So they lived in a camp called "relocation centers." These camps were for all the Japanese living out in the west coast of the US. The bathrooms had little to no privacy, these camps had no running water, and there was also little heat. It took 50 years but President Reagan signed the Civil Liberties Act which gave the innocent Japanese Americans an apology and $20,000.
