For instance, when Darry had to drop out of college, just to watch over, protect, and keep the family together. For example, Johnny was about to turn himself in, but never had a chance to, due to the fire in the church. Soon, he was at the hospital because he was burned severely. This proves that the Greasers are honorable, and that they show honesty and bravery.
Overall, the Greasers are honorable because they stick together, they show honesty and bravery, and make sacrifices. The Greasers show bravery and honesty by facing the consequences(by turning themselves in), rather than making the situation worse, and by saving the kids from the fire.
