The US healthcare system is exclusive and delicate. Most developing countries have its own ‘nationwide health insurance plans’ which are run by government and funded through overall assessments. Nearly all citizens living in these nations are covered under the health insurance. On the other hand not all Americans are covered under health insurance. Different people in the United States get health care through different earnings which makes it most fragmented and unproductive. All these concerns have directed to the problems of cost, access and quality.
The difficulty of the US healthcare system can be seen from the detail many corporations and entities are involved in healthcare changing from informative and research associations, medical traders, insurers, financiers, and claim processor to health care providers. These difficulties are not found in the health care system of other nations. Also, in the United States no fundamental organization rules the system of health care while in the countries like Canada which is also an industrialist economy uses a fee-for-service system and worldwide coverage for health care services.
