- Elizabeth’s recommended weight gain during the pregnancy is 25-35 pounds due to her BMI being in the normal weight range of 18.5 to 24.9. The reference value used was the BMI of 23.5.
- Elizabeth’s pattern of weight gain from her first visit to the last was relatively steady. She did not show signs of erratic weight gain or loss throughout her pregnancy.
