Brenda and Christina favored “knowing what you know when you know it.” Brenda said she favored this because it is one she encounters on a regular basis with the production workers in her organization. Christina also chose this "know" because it was relatable to her and her organization. Cherita chose “knowing what you do not know when you do not know it” because she felt she learned more when she involves herself in what she does not know.
