The Nazi party violated the Geneva Convention, this term is a set of laws or rules that legally bind countries on how they treat prisoners of war and civilians during a time of war. The Nazi party clearly violated this convention by their lack of inspection of the camps, and their treatment of the prisoners of war and civilians in the camps. Due to their lack of following the Geneva Convention laws all Nazi officers, high ranking officials, doctors, lawyers, and anyone else who either helped them or defended them should be arrested and charged for this violation.
