The third dimension is spiritual health. Although I am not a religious person, I still contain strong values and beliefs. For example, I believe in helping those who are less fortunate, enabling me to contribute my time towards volunteer work. This work helps me develop a set of values that hold meaning to my life and happiness. Additionally, in order to relax I have found that being around animals, like service dogs, help bring me a sense of calmness. The fourth dimension is physical health. Since highschool, I have committed myself to going to the gym regularly and consistently. This has helped me to maintain a physically healthy and fit lifestyle. While at college, I have also tried to walk as much as possible, therefore exercising my body by just simply walking to class or the dining hall. The last dimension is social health. Social health can be seen through me transitioning into becoming a college freshman. By breaking out of my comfort zone, I have been able to develop meaningful and satisfying interpersonal relationships.
