A popular story that hit the media about the use of taser was in 2007, when a University of Florida student was tased at a forum with Senator John Kerry (Washington Post, 2011). While there the student gave his camera to a women sitting next of him to video tape his questions, but after asking many hitting question they cut his mic and police was called in. There was multiple officers that was trying to obtain him. After he was face down on the ground and yelling “Don’t tase me bro” shortly after an officer tased him (Wasington Post, 2011).
