What do we do when things go wrong and we are faced with? The first thing a person would do is find out whom or what is responsible for something going wrong and hold them accountable. In this day, the common scapegoat relates to technology as many of the tasks we perform are assisted by information technology. However in the case where a project team is assembled and the particular outcome of a task is the production of some technology, and something goes wrong… who is the scapegoat then?
