Euthanasia is when the doctor gives the patient the medication, which will end the patient’s life. “Euthanasia opposers argue that if we embrace ‘the right to death with dignity’, people with incurable and debilitating illnesses will be disposed from our civilized society” (Math & Chaturvedi, 2012, p.899-902). People who are dealing with an incurable and debilitating illness are capable of making the choice to die.
