Adolf Hitler the german dictator ordered the attack of the city of Stalingrad ( actual Volograd ) because the city had the name of the Soviet Dictator Josif Stalin , and the same happened with Stalin , he ordered the defense at full cost of the city, basically because his name was on it, and so the battle of Stalingrad became a personal fight between both dictators and lately the most bloody battle in the World War Two
