Some suggest the disorder can string from a person emotional development at home and their family environment. While it is still in question what causes Borderline personality disorder, there are ways to treat it. For someone with BPD, therapy has been recommended to help contain the condition. There are different types of therapy that can help a BPD patient. With time BPD symptoms can go away but a few might still occur for a while. Once they are fully gone, BPD symptoms rarely come back. For most of his life, Brandon was considered crazy or violent. He wondered why he acted the way he did and why people branded him as a person stay away from. After years of being unhappy and angry, Marshall decided to find out just exactly what was wrong with him. Marshall was soon diagnosed with Borderline Personality disorder and finally found the source of his pain. He then went on to broadcast his disorder on TV to help spread awareness of his disorder to others who may also suffer from it. Brandon has since gone on to create a non-profit organization called “Project Borderline”. Borderline personality disorder is not a disorder many know about but it might be one many have. This disorder like others has destroyed people’s lives and continues to this very day. It is important that this disorder receives more recognition than it gets. People are urged to report any signs of the symptoms for BPD in themselves or loved ones.
