Hector is first acknowledged as a noble and responsible leader when he stays by his brother's side through poor judgement of stealing Helen, the fairest of maidens. A more modern day hero, greatly well-known to society, is Chris Mintz. Undergoing an extreme situation, he showed kairos as well as bravery and courage. While being imprisoned with his student by a shooter, Mintz risked his life to save them. Lunging at the shooter, he received seven bullets in his body. The thoughts going through his mind and the pain he was feeling is unimaginable. What gave him the incentive to keep going? Not having to do what he did and still risking his life for others is the reason Chris Mintz is a true real world epic hero. He luckily survived and should receive a great thanks.
