In order to facilitate the collection of ideas, there are four objectives that need to be considered. First is to demonstrate the influence of job satisfaction and turnover rate in the food industry. Second is to seek or review the previous studies regarding the factors that might contribute to high turnovers. Third is to recognize the perceptions of the employees in the organization, particularly in large fast food industries. Fourth is to analyze the gathered information and create a comprehensive link on the factors and discuss the ways to improve the job satisfaction and turnover rate.
