Data was collected in this element to use for identifying school goals and to create and implement a plan to achieve these goals, from our 2014 school year. Math and literacy scores were charted for the number of students that are basic and below basic by grade level. A school-wide plan (Response to Intervention) was developed, based on the collected data that could possibly be implemented for the students who seemed unresponsive to effective instruction delivered by teachers. Implementation of the plan would allow low performing students a chance at academic success. The plan included training staff members properly in the process before implementation, using researched based interventions, providing on-going evaluations, and involving parents and community members so that teachers and students will be
