There’s no catch either. After free admission, guests enjoyed more free activities such as live music from vivacious rock bands like Buffalo’s favorite Strictly Hip, wine tasting, and a classic car show hosted by Lake Shore Street Rod Association.
A weekend with alcohol, vintage cars, and rock n roll, the festival was a Western New Yorker’s dream. The winery, set far back from the road and nestled on a scenic grape farm, was the perfect place to unwind and socialize.

Kids enjoyed a free bounce house, sported extravagant balloon hats, and twirled around the lawn as Lana Marie, lead singer of WNY’s #1 rock band Black Widow, belted out “Summer of 69” to a pleasantly buzzed crowd.
Essentially, guests learned that there was no such thing as strangers at the festival; only friends they haven’t met yet. “Everyone here has a positive, upbeat personality” said Charlene Dye, a local. Even the parking director was kind and patient with frightening parkers, like myself.
Proudly supporting The Food Bank of WNY, the festival ended up collecting dozens of donations and non-perishable food items to give to The Food Bank of WNY.
