Why do we have to do daylight saving time. The American states Hawaii and most of Arizona do not participate in daylight saving time. Losing an hour of sleep in the spring is not necessarily fun. Daylight saving time does more harm than good.
On the monday after daylight saving time workers tend to cyberloaf. Daylight saving time is hard to adjust to and businesses are hurt by it. Cyberloafing is when a worker plays games or does something other than work on his or her computer instead of getting work done. This is a main concern in the workplace that happens a lot.
