In a dare, you should observe the potential dangers of that dare. Think about what’s best for your safety before making a decision. If not, you could critically hurt yourself. Many generals in past battles lost wars due to poor planning, or none at all! The ones who rose victorious did so because of a strict and exceptional strategy. When it’s your turn to make a point in a debate, you should definitely think before speaking. Depending on what you say, you could offend someone you weren’t meaning to insult. You could also lose your temper during a debate, and spit out malicious words which could offend many others, and give people a bad impression of your character. Many debaters and politicians go through this several times, sometimes even their own friends turn on them.
