Each stage contains some goals that after being completed, they achieve the big purpose of the therapy. Preparation is basically the warm-up stage. It is when patients are place in a safe place where they do not have distractions and they get familiar with the movements. The second one is incubation were they are entered in an open-ended imaginary with the intention of creating an environment that will satisfy the patient. They enter into a relaxed environment and create symbolic movements. Illumination is the process of self-reflection. The patient resolves every subconscious motivations and increase self-awareness.
