The Human Development Index HDI of the country is high and the poverty level is about 25.8%. The economy of Peru is ranked as upper middle income and is the 39th largest economy of the world according to World Bank. They are experts in experimenting with new flavors in their cuisine. Early Peruvians were marvelous handicraft artists with extremely developed practical expertise.
