Prosecutor will present evidences and witness before the judge or jury to prove wrongdoing of the suspect behind the bar. The defense lawyer will attempt to defend the defendant by proving his or her innocence (Travis & Edwards, 2015). Trials are more common among suspect being charged of serious offense such as murder or rape (The Criminal Justice Process, 2015). The defense can appeal for one of the two types of trial, bench trial or jury trial, reliant on the type of the case (Travis & Edwards, 2015). Bench trial take place before the judge alone and decides the innocence or guilt of the defendant after hearing all the evidences and witnesses while jury trial takes place before a panel of jury (Travis & Edwards, 2015). The four major sets of people are defense attorney, prosecutors, judges and jurors (Travis & Edwards, 2015). Defense attorney is a figure that defenses the rights of someone who is being accused of something. Their main responsibility will be representing their clients on court and to defense them in order to prove their innocence (Criminal Lawyer Career, 2015). Defense attorney is either appointed by the court or hired by the defendant in order to prove the innocence of the defendant on court. Going against the defense attorney in court will be the prosecutor. Prosecutors responsibility is to prove beyond the reasonable doubt that the defendant has commit the charges that he or she was charged against (Travis & Edwards,
