Next, I will introduce the materials to the children. I will also introduce them to the various colors. Together we will count how many colors we have made. Next, I will model for them how to use the materials. Then I will invite the children to join me in the art area if they are interested in the activity. Next I will sing the song find a chair and sit right down before we begin the activity. The materials will be prepared and on the table. I will invite A.M. to help pass out the aprons. I will provide the children assistance as needed. I walked around the table to each child and asked them what color of ice cube they want. My co-teacher will have a tablet accessible as the children participated in this activity. I will observe the children to see if he/she understood the information presented orally (CEC, 2012.p.45). I observe to see if the children were able to answer questions about key details (CDE, 2012. p.45). Also I observed to see if the children developed the ability to communicate nonverbally and verbally (CDE, 2012. p.51). I wanted to see if the children gained any progress in “developing the ability to produce the sounds of language, use vocabulary, and increase complex utterances” (CDE, 2012,
