My fiber intake does not meet the recommendation. To increase fiber intake in my diet to meet the recommendation, I should add legumes to salads and soups. Also, I should increase whole-grain products intake.

A high sodium intake is one of the major risk factors of the development of hypertension. Also, I have a family history of hypertension, in addition to it, I used to have slightly high blood pressure as a child, which I have been maintaining the average or less than average blood pressure level in past several of years. Yet, if I continue to consume the same amount of salt as right now, I would absolutely face those health problems.
