Rabbits are prey and because of that their mindset is mostly driven by caution and sadly fear… they are quick to be startled so bathing tends to be quite the issue. First of all bathing, a rabbit in water is an appalling idea and should never be done, as rabbits can rapidly fall into a state of shock that can cause their heart rate to cease. So the rabbit’s solution is to groom itself instead, and they do a darn good job at it too! However, this isn't the only notable difference the rabbit sets for itself.
Another unique feature of the rabbits is their appearance which differs from many rodents. The most eye-catching feature on the rabbit is its long ears (pointed or droopy) that make the rabbit's hearing sensitivity go off the charts. Not only are those ears special, but they also have a pair of huge powerful hind legs that lets them soar through the air. These hind legs allow them to perform speedy hopes that can help them evade predators. A quick and cautious animal, with the perfect characteristics to avoid predators with… most of the time.
In conclusion chinchillas and rabbits truly do differ from each other. Whether it be the length of their fur or the size of their paws/legs, they both carry very different features that allows them to seem rather unique. Yet even with all these distinct features, at the end of the day they're both still cherished rodents that many house and
