4)Yes, I do agree with this article because it makes seeing a child with a disability to be seen as just a child not anything else. I also agree with what the authors saying at the end of the article " wave back at him when he jerks his arms towards you, and says hello, even if you don't understand. Children and their families , will being to notice , and feel welcome.
