Research Academic Research Essay (Essay #4) Often times you hear older generations of people start telling a story with the infamous “back in my day…” hook. It is true that back in the day society didn’t have many of the things that are considered relevant in today’s world, that is because it took many years of tribulation, trial and error to get to where we are at. Numerous things that are used on a daily basis were only though up within the past few decades. Many of the things that keep children and loves ones safe and sound are relatively new to the world. Often the importance of these things is overlooked and they are misused. Child restraint systems are of the utmost importance, but many people do not see the necessity in them although they are a life or death option. The regulation of car seats is common knowledge in today’s world. Car seats are used regularly throughout the United States and other first world countries, but just because they are being used does not mean that they are being used correctly. The shame falls not only on the misuse of the installer but the lack of knowledge.
