For instance, foster parents may be bringing a child into their home that has extensive emotional damage due to physical/emotional/sexual abuse. Dealing with difficult/ delinquent behavior of the child and not having experience in doing so can create a lot of stress on a family. There is also a chance that a foster child may harm one of his foster siblings. There are so many pros and cons. It is recommended that foster parents don't rush into anything. In most instances, the foster families are not equipped to deal with these types of children. That is why families spin into crisis mode.
