In the beginning, application of learning in organizations is too important matter. This enables the company to keep its human resources skilled and able to face all challenges in the market. Here, we find that both companies Carrefour and Alsayer interest in learning issues. Carrefour adopts the peer relationship method in learning, while Alsayer applies the conventional mentoring learning method. By looking at the case of Alsayer, we find that the conventional mentoring here is too important; it helps the company to make learning relying on a kind of sponsorship.
