This is due to the fact that the different countries have different electoral expenses. The amount of expenses defines the amount of capital that a candidate should acquire for his campaign. Usually, candidates have donors in order to collect the money for their campaigns. However, there are a lot of issues associated with donors’ influence on candidates.
