There are major health benefits from BMX. By pedaling and lifting the bike with the handlebars constantly a person who rides will over time develop more strength and muscle tone in the arms, legs, and back. BMX is also a great cardio workout that will keep consistent riders in a great physical shape. BMX not only has benefits for a person's health but over the years there have been many organizations such as how in 2016 a professional Flatland BMX rider by the name of Zack Yankush who alongside other pro riders, Vans and Mongoose BMX, contributed on the opening day of a new pump track in a small village Near Durban, South Africa by giving the locals new pairs of shoes and bikes.
