1. What is your name and what is your job position?
I am currently a clinical supervisor.
To answer this and further questions, Ms. Do had to use integrity: 1.04 of the PECC. This code indicates that BAs must be honest and truthful with the people they deal with. Furthermore, they should always promote truthful and honest environment and behaviors with others. To achieve her position as a BCBA and supervisor, Ms. Do must have provided truthful and precise information of her credentials to the BACB as indicated in code 10.01: Truthful and Accurate Information Provided to the BACB (BACB, 2014).

Do's response highlights the importance of staying competent and up-to-date through professional development: PECC code 1.03 (BCBA, 2014). However, because Ms. Do is a supervisor her preparation must be a continuous one since BACB stresses that those in charge of other BCBAs be updated of the new trends and ethical demands in the field (Turner et al., 2016).
4. How do you the approach continuing education requirements?
I obtain continuous education attending courses, through meetings with my supervisors, and through presentations that I attend.
Ms. Do's response is on par with the BACB’s recommendations which indicate the BAs can obtain their continuing education through conference presentations and/or online or in person workshops among others. Nevertheless, BAs supervisors must obtain their own certification as a BCBA in order to be effective in their dealings with the practice, ethical considerations with others, and compliance with the PECC of those they supervise (Turner et al., 2016).
5. How do you effectively communicate with colleagues, parents, and clients?
