The juvenile department system is a complex of agencies that deal with juveniles whose behavior has come in struggle with the law. These complex of agencies includes probation, police, court, prosecutor, and the Department of Juvenile Corrections. Nevertheless, when these young offenders commit a numerous amount of crimes and constantly being in trouble with the law, the court tends to waivered the juvenile into Adult Court where they will be subject to any punishment available. In some of these cases, the young offender is waived into the adult system automatically such as in homicide cases.
