In fact, The first psychologist was Wundt who in 1896 founded the first laboratory of psychology in Lipsia. Before that, psychology was considerate only as a branch of philosophy that is a non-scientific discipline . Wundt claimed that the brain could be broken into different parts that have to be analysed individually. In other words, Wundt was the first scientist who did an experiment in order to study the human brain in a scientific way. Moreover, Wundt-s theory was structured on the study of consciousness by trained introspection and for doing this, he had to test people using the scientific method meeting the five basic requirements of the science. Although Wundt s method was not completely fair and scientific, he has proven that psychology and the interactions in the human brain can be studied scientifically.
