This book delves into the detrimental effects of binge drinking, and how to minimize the act itself. By charging students erroneously high amounts for alcohol they will still buy some, but will not abuse it. Additionally, the authors hypothesized that one way to lower the number of alcohol related incidents would be to allow for the sale of alcohol at college sporting events.
