Andrew Jackson
Born on March 15, 1767, Andrew Jackson was elected as the seventh president of the United States of America in the presidential election of 1828. He was born near the colonial areas or Waxhaws region between the South Carolina and North Carolina. He was the earliest founder of the major dominant party of the United States of America I.e. Democratic Party. Most of the times in his life, he supported for liberty among individuals and formulated new policies regarding the increasing migration of the Native Americans. While the two brothers were in prison, they were affected by Small Pox, later on, elder brother Robert was successful to get recovered but Andrew Jackson was still contracted by Small Pox for a very long period of time. After couple of weeks, the authorities from British released the two brothers for a deal made by Elizabeth Hutchinson Jackson, Andrew Jackson 's mother, where the deal stated that, the two brothers will be exchanged with their mothers to stay in prison. In a week, Robert died and Elizabeth Hutchinson Jackson died off viral cholera as well, when she was literally imprisoned. He ran over the presidential election and was also successful in wining the election for U.S. senate for the next year as well. In the election of 1824, Andrew Jackson was successful wining the popular vote which later on threw the election to the Representatives as no any single nominee gained a maximum Electoral College vote. Henry Clay, the Speaker of the House of Representatives supported Andrew Jackson 's primary opponent I.e. John Quincy Adams who won the presidential election later on. Firstly, Andrew Jackson was ready for all the deal going on but later on refused to do so as he saw a deal popularly known as ' 'Corrupt Bargain ' ' which was against him and U.S. citizens. In contrast, Andrew Jackson supported state 's legal rights and also stand tall against the Southern Carolina. On the other hand, he also didn 't took any kind of former action after the Georgia claimed land which had been guaranteed to Cherokee people under federal laws. He further insisted that Georgia does not have any particular authority over Native American tribal lands.
