According to Mara, there are some negative impact if the headquarter of a company was built in the city. Therefore, companies can reduce the costs for creating private facilities, and saving the space of company. Secondly, the company established in the city to attract more and more young talent. Mara analyzes that young science and technology talents would like to live near the city, and they also want to not work far away from where they living. Additionally, Mara says that young could not be forever for tech employees, it is convenient for workers to send their children to the nearby school when a company was built in the urban areas.
