I've made good progress since I started, but back then, the canvases I used were just too small to contain my imagination, and I messed up every time. So, I painted the walls of my room. Now I know that sounds bad, but my murals actually came out really nice. My family and friends were very impressed with time and patience I had to paint my whole wall. It was quite easy, actually, much easier than regular painting. I just designed a picture of my dream bird and flower garden, than transported my dream onto my walls. I really love the work I've done, so much that it has inspired me to learn more arts and crafts, like how to sculpt birds out of clay, and right now I'm planning on making a bird stepping stone for next spring to put in my garden. Wow, come to think of it, maybe I should've titled this essay "My New Hobbies"!
7) Well, it's been a couple of years now, and I'm still just as enthusiastic about birding as I was then, and I've got countless memories and experiences to prove it! For instance, I remember the time I went boating with my friends on the lake and we saw a family of three bald eagles living in the trees! Or the time I discovered a species of birds new to me called cedar waxwings, a close relative of the bohemian waxwing, in my bushes, when at first I thought they were just juvenile
