The time that passes between two events will be depending on your reference point. If an object moves closer to the speed of light, then the time will pass slower to it. This phenomenon is called as the time dilation, and it is the reason why the clock on the International space station orbiting around our planet at 17,150 mph, moves a little slower than those of the clocks on Earth. Time dilation is also the precise and accurate mathematical relationship in slowing down of clocks due to the high speeds. Time Dilation is the effect of the Einstein’s theory of relativity. It is for making the ticking of clock on the space stations than those on the normal one in the Earth. It is the difference of an elapsed time between two particular events that are precisely measured by the observers. If you try to launch yourself off the Earth with a high speed and pulled a U-turn, you will return to the Earth in future. People on Earth would experience faster time than you that traveled with your rocket. The same with the speed, gravity also interferes with the flow of time (the other type of time dilation). A massive gravitational force from something just like the black hole which is for instance is so powerful that can bend any fabric of space-time around …show more content…
It is where the character returns to the main ship after he spend less than a day on the planet near the black hole but when returns to the ship, many years have passed. Traveling forward in time is completely appropriate with the laws of physics. And all of it is technically possible and even though it is only a bit fraction of a second scale. Wormhole is the theoretical passage in space-time that may create shortcuts for a long journey through the universe. These are the predictions of the theory of relativity. But wormholes also bring the danger of sudden collapse, high radiation and dangerous contact to an exotic matter. We can travel forward or in the future but we can never go back or travel back in time. Traveling to the past is a complicated one and requires much more of energy than we were capable of. Other physicists proposed that a person could travel back in time or back to the past through the space-time tunnel which is called as the wormhole. Wormholes can bridge two different universes or two parts of one universe. Matter can travel in either the mouth of the wormhole for it to reach its destination. Wormholes are the future and wormholes are the past as it is said by Michio Kaku, the author of the Hyperspace and Parallel Worlds and also a physicist at the City University at New
