First and foremost, I would change the attitude of the entire staff towards overreliance on the management system of control. This is because the system might be down of completely failing in its operation which might lead to results that are not accurate. Furthermore, I would raise the expectations in terms of good performance from the laboratory staff an all their operations will be backed by a very able management system in operation. Lastly, I would consider training the entire staff n how to use the management system so that all of them are conversant with how it runs its operations for the laboratory. This will be beneficial as anyone will be able to evaluate the performance if the system without relying on specific people who at some time might be absent from work, which might stall the whole management
