Our condition coach at HBU-Coach Pena explained about what performance enhancing drugs affect student-athletes, “One of the reasons why student-athletes choose to use them, is to recover quickly from injuries or fatigue.” Being healthy it’s very important for athletes, because an unhealthy athlete wouldn’t perform well on the court or field. Some athletes choose to cheat their own way by performing enhancing drugs in order to make themselves ahead of other athletes, what it does to them is that it lets athletes to recover faster and build their strength stronger in a short period of time.
