Equipment:
Crosse- used to pass, throw, catch and score with. Ball- used to play the game of Lacrosse with. Net/Goal- what you try to shoot the ball into during the game. Field- area needed to play the game of Lacrosse on.
Positions:
Attacker- has the responsibility to score goals. Stays mainly on the offensive end. Midfield- covers the entire field playing both offense and defense. Defense- has the responsibility to defend the goal. Stays mainly on the defensive end. Goalie- has the responsibility to protect the goal and stop opposing team from scoring.
Major Penalties: (Penalty shot and the ball)
Unsportsmanlike Conduct- when any player commits an act which is considered unsportsmanlike. Taunting, obscene language or gestures, arguing and belittling.

If a player takes a shot and it is not blocked or touched in any way, possession will go to the player who is closest to the ball when and where it goes out.
Offensive player with the ball must run when going from one end of the field to the other.
Defense must be back from an offensive player at least 3 feet. Offensive player must give them a few seconds to do this. Defensive player must have 2 hands on the Crosse (one at top and one at bottom) when guarding someone 1 on 1.
If the defensive player has established position on the goal crease then the attacker must move back to the 3 feet. If the attacker has established position on the goal crease then the defense must back off and not put their Crosse in front of them. It is up to the goalie to stop them.
All players must have 2 hands on the Crosse on defense.
Only the goalie may use any part of his body to stop the ball. All other players must only use the Crosse.
No players can go into the goalie crease. Attacker cannot step in at any time, even after a shot is
