According to Drugs, Society, and Criminal Justice, outlaw motorcycle gangs and street gangs have been credited as the two types of organized crime in America since the 1980's (Levinthal, 2012). However, both criminal organizations have various gangs that are identifiable by crimes they commit, how they are committed, and where they are committed, just as each gang has their friends and foes. " Gang members who sell drugs are significantly more violent than gang members who do not sell drugs and are more violent than drug sellers who do not belong to gangs", (Levinthal, 2012, p. 107).…

A situation Firo-B assessment would be appropriate establishing a team to build trust. Being new to a team is hard and there will be diversity and different point of views some voices maybe strong others maybe soft. The goal of building a team is to get each member to work effective together and sort out any issues that arises and complete the task within set time frame. I think Feldman CPI 260 assessment is similar because it measures work related motivation and characteristics (2009). For example, if Pat and Seth clashes all the time both assessment will help them work through differences and become cohesive.…

I’m unsure if I think a universal standard is the best way to go as I believe a universal standard takes away from the practitioner’s ability to freely interact with the patient. Also, every patient is different so a universal standard can truly be universal. I know that I have seen people who get offended when using their last name and tell me they’re too young to be referred to as Mr. or Ms., it’s all patient dependent and while being patient dependent it’s important that it is made known that people are different. I believe this is a simple conversation that should just be had, if you as an employee are not comfortable leading the conversation mention it to your boss and that person will have the conversation. Making the client happy is…
Never in my imagination did I believe I would be where I am today when I began high school four years ago. Becoming the Student Body President, captain of both the basketball and tennis teams and maintaining a 4.0 G.P.A. were all part of a greater vision that I had for myself. Along with the different activities I do, it never occurred to me how the 4-Way test has been an influential factor in every decision I have made since I began my journey through high school. I believe that truth is the first aspect of the 4-Way test because the truth never waivers. This element of the test is hard to measure do to the fact that trust is only dependent on the character and reputation a person has.…
