This is when members can openly request prayer or witness to God’s blessing on their lives while soft music is being played and prayer is offered. As the congregation takes their seat, the pastor comes with prayer, scripture and sermon (“Showing the Holy Spirit in you”) from Luke 3:22. The sermon focused on the fact that people should see a change in you after baptism. It was a fifteen to twenty minute sermon on the importance of Baptism and its effect on your life. Your life should not be to please you and other, but to glorify God. The pastor ended the sermon with an invitation to discipleship and prayer.
