Mark Jeske outlined many ways Christians will live their lives differently than non-believers in his commentary. He started out with talking about a marriage between Christians. Mark Jeske said that when two Christians decided to marry one another, it is not only until the fun is gone. A marriage is until death separates one spouse from another. This is why Christians will stay with their spouse after the fun is gone; that is what God has told them to do. This makes Christians different from others of this world. This can be simplified into faith in Jesus as the Savior, and the acceptance of baptism and and redemption through the life and death of Jesus Christ to purify us from our sins. Mark Jeske describes a life of faith as a life of truly living; before faith, we were dead in transgression of sin. He says our life of true faith is showing true love to other people throughout the world. Jeske then went on to describe how our life of faith may look to others. He says Christians will rejoice in the knowledge of their salvation through Jesus Christ. Mark Jeske also says Christians will live a life of good choices even when the devil attacks believers with temptations. A life of faith will be filled with enduring hardship without becoming bitter towards God. Finally, he says a life of faith will come to and end with being raised from the dead and entering eternal life on the day of judgement.
On the opposite end, a life of faith is not when one continuously does bad and asks for forgiveness. A life of faith is also not shown questioning if God is doing good in their life if something they did not want ends up happening to them. As I live my life of faith, I hope people will see that I trust God is leading me down the correct path I need to be on. I also hope that people can see that I am different from others
